If you do wish to be placed on our agenda, please let us know what you think the issues are so that when we meet we can have a productive discussion.
Please recognize that our time is limited. Try to make your presentation brief - just tell us what you want and "boil it down" to the main issues. Generally, 15 minutes should be enough time for both your presentation and our discussion.
You need to make your case. It is your responsibility to convey your wishes and the rationale that you think supports what you want.
