Escort Services Licenses

Who Is Required To Obtain A License?

Anyone performing the services of an escort or escort bureau runner and anyone conducting or managing an escort bureau or introductory service.

Exceptions

A manager of an escort bureaus or introductory service who is an owner of the establishment shall not be required to obtain a separate manager's license so long as he has obtained an "escort bureau" or "introductory service" license.

Fees

Escort Bureaus and Introductory Services - $500.00 per calendar year.

Escort and Escort Bureau Runner - $100.00 per calendar year.

Escort Bureau or Introductory Service Manager - $100.00 per calendar year.

Term

Licenses are valid through December 31st of each year.

Application Procedures

Applications are available from the City Clerk's office. Poulsbo Municipal Code 5.10 further defines the requirements and restrictions for escort bureaus, escorts and introductory services.
