Passport services are offered on Tuesdays by appointment only. All passport forms are available at the City Clerk's department.

PLEASE NOTE:  We will not be accepting Passport Application on:

                           December 20 or December 27, 2011.
Passport Fees:

Adults-over the age of 16 $110.00 $25.00
Children-under the age of 16 $80.00 $25.00
Passport Card: (Good for traveling for entering the US from Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. NOT valid for air travel)
Adults-over the age of 16 $30.00 $25.00
Children-under the age of 16 $15.00 $25.00
** The Passport Fee must be paid separately, by check or money order, made payable to Passport Services. The Processing Fee can be paid for cash, charge, check, or money order made payable to City of Poulsbo.
