  3. Spooktacular

    Poulsbo Parks and Recreation
    Poulsbo Parks & Recreation, will sponsor a free Spooktacular for little ghosts or goblins; activities include a cupcake walk, crafts, and carnival games; there will be a free punch card for kids under 5; kids 6 and over will need to purchase a punch card for $1; event is sponsored by Central Market, Cedar Glen Mobile Home Park and Western Washington University.
    After Spooktacular visit downtown Poulsbo; Front Street will be closed from 4-6 p.m. so all the Trick-O-Treaters can visit the shops.

  4. Salmon Viewing Saturday

    Poulsbo's Fish Park
    Come to Poulsbos Fish Park to watch the salmon returning upstream, and learn about the salmon lifecycle. Volunteers will talk about the process; there will be a craft for the kids, and tours of the estuarine areas to look for the fish.
    Other groups at this event with information includes Salmon Stewards, the Kitsap Audubon Society, West Sound Wildlife Shelter, Dr. Dave and his reptiles, The Froglady, the Poulsbo Tree Board, and the Poulsbo Parks and Recreation Commission.

  5. Daffodil Day

    Meet at the Poulsbo City Hall garage

    Come join in the fun as volunteers gather to plant daffodil bulbs throughout the city. Mayor Erickson and the Poulsbo Garden Club will be passing out maps and bulbs, showing groups where to plant. Bring your work gloves and trowel! Come spring, everyone will enjoy the yellow blooming flowers sprinkled around Poulsbo.

  6. Poulsbos Fish Park: A Habitat Restoration Succes

    Tom Nordlie, the driving force behind the creation and development of Poulsbos Fish Park, will present on the restoration of Dogfish Creek where it meets Liberty Bay and the impact it has had on the Salmon run as well as plans for park expansion. Jenise Bauman, Western Washington University Peninsulas Environmental Science faculty will talk about a collaboration that will have Western students working on restoration and research projects in the park.

  9. Daddy Daughter Dance

    Its the night that girls and their dads look forward to every year....its a night that makes memories for everyone there.
