The Poulsbo Municipal Court handles cases that were cited within the city limits of Poulsbo. The Kitsap County District Court handles cases that were cited in the county's jurisdiction. Both courts have offices in Poulsbo City Hall, however they function separately. Cases are not transferred between the two courts and one is not allowed to accept court payments for the other.
