Hearing Examiner Notices:

*Please note that on January 12, 2016, the Poulsbo Hearing Examiner issued his “Report and Decision” for the Crystal View Preliminary Plat.  However, the Hearing Examiner also identified in Condition X.1 (page 37 of the report), that he is providing for the possibility of reopening the record, and gives the project applicant 14 days from the date of the decision (January 26, 2016), to respond in writing to this condition.  Therefore, the City has interpreted Condition X.1 to mean the Hearing Examiner’s decision is not final until this condition is fulfilled to the Hearing Examiner’s satisfaction, or the record is reopened. Until this condition is resolved, the City Planning and Economic Development Department will withhold issuing a Notice of Decision at this time.
