If you decide to provide a 20 gallon can, Public Works will mail a brass tag with an identification number. A 10 gallon can doesn't need a brass tag.
If you occasionally have extra garbage, prepaid tags can be purchased at City Hall for $8.26, one tag per can, box or bag. Untagged extra garbage will not be collected.
