Change to the City's Developer's Guide and Construction Standards.

The following revisions to the 1990 "Developer's Guide and Construction Standards" are adopted and in effect.  To view the revised standards in Adobe Acrobat format, click the links indicated by underlined font.

The document title is now "City of Poulsbo Construction Standards and Specifications, July 2008".   A "developer's guide" is not included.  There are no immediate plans to publish a Developer's Guide.

An interim change to Section 1, Street Standards, from the 1990 "Developer's Guide and Construction Standards" was effective on January 1, 2008 and is now Section 2, Street Standards, of the "City of Poulsbo Construction Standards and Specifications".  A further revision is anticipated in 2008 to correct errors and to revise the trip thresholds which determine the required street sections and right-of-way widths.

Three additional sections remain to be revised and published:
Section 6 General Pipe Installation and Pavement Restoration
Section 7 Telecommunication
Section 8 Solid Waste, Street Lighting, and Miscellaneous ("draft" title)

The following sections now replace the 1990 version of the standards:
Section 3 Sanitary Sewer Standards replaces 1990 Section III
Section 4 Water Standards replaces 1990 Section II
Section 5 Storm Standards replaces 1990 Section IV

The following new sections have been added:
Section 1 General
Appendix A Standard Drawing Notes
Appendix B Terms and Conditions for Developments

The following detail drawings replace those in the 1990 document:
Section 3 Sanitary Sewer Standard Details
Section 4 Water Standard Details
Section 5 Storm Standard Details
Section 6 General Pipe Installation and Pavement Restoration Standard Details
Section 8 Solid Waste, Street Lighting, and Miscellaneous Standard Details
